Week 1 — Set it up

Days 1 to 7. Most days take a few minutes.

• [ ] Day 1 — Create a Pinterest business account. It's free, and it's separate from the one you pin recipes to.
• [ ] Day 2 — Finish your profile. Picture, cover, bio, name. Put your main keyword in your name and your bio.
• [ ] Day 3 — Keyword research. Type your niche into the Pinterest search bar and write down what it suggests.
• [ ] Day 4 — Create three boards, one per keyword. The keyword goes in the board title and the description.
• [ ] Day 5 — Publish your first five pins. Different designs, same link.
• [ ] Day 6 — Repin ten things you actually like to your boards.
• [ ] Day 7 — Open your analytics. Don't judge them. Just get familiar with where everything lives.
